Research
Ethan is an experimental physicist exploring the properties of quantum materials such as two-dimensional semiconductors, carbon nanotubes, and graphene. His work seeks to deepen understanding of quantum phenomena and drive innovations in semiconductor technology, including next-generation logic, memory, and sensing devices. His lab’s expertise spans semiconductor processing, nanoscale metrology, and electronic and optoelectronic measurements.
